Welcome to Maximum Precision Designs! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Maximum Precision Designs, legally registered as RSLT Promotional Products, DBA Maximum Precision Designs. We operate this website and online store, including all related information, tools, and services made available to you (the “Services”). Maximum Precision Designs is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide these Services to you.

All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products. Once an order is submitted, changes or cancellations may not be accommodated. Orders are considered accepted only when confirmed by us. Orders are subject to our Return Policy, which states no returns or exchanges are accepted.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. Taxes, shipping, and handling may apply. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and to update it as necessary. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Custom jerseys take 6–8 weeks to produce and ship. Free ground shipping is offered on orders over $50. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you once the item is transferred to the shipping carrier.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our Services is the property of RSLT Promotional Products, DBA Maximum Precision Designs, and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Services without written permission.

Maximum Precision Designs is hosted on Shopify. Your transactions are directly with Maximum Precision Designs, and Shopify is not responsible for your purchases. By using our store, you agree to release Shopify from all related claims.
